• We will email the total cost including the postage.
• For RESERVATION, we require half payment for item above RM500. Once the parcel is in Malaysia, customers are required to pay the balance.
• Customers are given 3 days to pay deposit of our quote. If not, we consider you have cancelled your order.
• Payment method : MAYBANK, CIMB, Paypal (3% transaction fee will be charged)
• We will then email you details of above account no (whichever is applicable).
• Please provide us the proof of transaction if payment has been made via cash deposit or online transfer.
• You will be notified by email upon dispatch of your order. We will also email you if for any reason there is a delay to your order.

International Buyer

• Please contact us for pricing and shipping quote.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees which may be applied by their countries customs department.

Terms of Sale

• Item will be confirmed after we receive payment.
• Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. 
• Delivery cost may vary for each product.
• Please provide the following details after payment made. ~ Full Name, Delivery address, Contact Number, Total Payment, Transaction Date and Time.
• Please conclude any clarification prior purchasing as all sales are final and non-refundable and exchange once the item sold.
